Military Medical Malpractice

The term military medical malpractice refers to the instances of malpractice, or the lack of obtaining proper medical care from a professional, that occurs within the military setting. This military setting may include during wartime in medical theaters, in local military hospitals and in the Veterans Hospitals located throughout the country. Anyone who has been treated by medical professionals within the military are able to file a malpractice lawsuit against these professionals if and when there is a reason to believe that the professional failed to provide adequate care to his or her patients.
