Wrongful Death

Wrongful death is when an individual dies before his or her time for senseless reasons. When it comes to medical malpractice, this can include errors or neglect on the part of a physician. Some common examples of wrongful death that occurred as a result of neglect or actions from a medical professional include severe adverse drug reactions, surgical complications and errors, bacterial infections, failure to diagnose a disease and more. Family members of the deceased may decide to pursue the physician or other medical professional on behalf of their loved one. THe family member has the right to sue and collect benefits for their deceased loved one.
