Wrongful Death Damages

Wrongful death damages are the amounts of money given to an established survivor of a deceased person whose life was taken from them prematurely due to medical malpractice. While there are a number of reasons an individual could have had a wrongful death, a few examples include medical complications and a botched job from the surgery department. When an individual dies from wrongful death, damages may include the amount of money that the indiviual would have made at their job for the rest of their lives, the pain and suffering of the deceased's family members and the age of the individual who died. Some examples of wrongful death include complications during surgery due to neglect, severe drug interactions, failure to diagnose a disease, etc.
